Rules and Restrictions
1. Reservations request must be made directly with Agents Travel Network for participating hotels.
2. Minimum two night stay required.
3. Payment in full must be received by Agents Travel Network no later then 14 days prior to travel.
4. Agents Travel Network reserves the right to cancel any reservations not paid in full 14 days from confirmation.
5. Taxes and fees are the responsibility of the traveler and must be received with final payment.
6. Cancellations to a confirmed reservation are subject to a 10% service charge, based on the total amount quoted including taxes. Hotels, car rentals and airfare may have additional penalties which will apply.
7. All reservations are subject to space availability pro-vided to Agents Travel Network by the participating hotels.
8. Hotels and resorts are added and deleted from our program on an on going basis and are subject to change without notice.
9. Refunds for no shows or early departures are subject to the participating hotels refund policy. Any eligible refunds are subject to a 10% service charge based on the total amount paid including taxes.
10. Blackout dates for discounted rooms may apply and are determined by the participating hotels.
11. Incidentals including, transportation, rollaways, meals, key charges, telephone calls, mini bars, videos or any other hotel amenities are not included in the room rate and are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
12. Written confirmation must be presented to the hotel upon check-in.
13. Membership valid to members and their household family members only.
